Matrix Quick Fit (MQF)

Professor Laura's most recent breakthrough in exercise physiology is represented by the development of what he calls "MATRIX QUICK FIT" (MQF). He regards MQF as a monumental advance over his original "Matrix Mega Pump Program" which provided the theoretical foundation for the benefits of other high repetition training programs such as Body Pump.
