ITALIAN COOKING

Having grown up in Boston with Italian parents who loved to cook simple authentic Italian meals to feed a big family, Ron grew up learning a lot of recipes and techniques from both his parents who were from Sicily and northern Italy. Ron has a real passion for cooking particularly Italian cuisine and, believes that cooking is a form of communion that we share with each other to express a sense of love and appreciation, not only that we can commune together but to be grateful for the gifts of the earth and the sea. We should also respect the way we cook with any food and in doing so, also respect our own body. Like a true Italian-American, Ron loves food and believes 'food is a celebration of life' and although we all over-indulge sometimes it is of course important to have balance so ensure you also do Matrix Quick Fit excercises!

Here are some authentic Italian dishes that will feature in Professor Laura's upcoming Italian Cuisine Book which will feature some of his authentic recipes, unique cooking techniques, highlight the history and cultural background of certain foods, and provide some educational advise on the current health aspects of the food featured in the book, focusing on the Mediterranean Diet and longevity.
