Since Ron was a young boy he developed incredible strength training with his older brother, which inspired him to create the Matrix Training System which over the years he has improved along with his astonishing strength! A former wrestling and arm wrestling champion, Ron placed 5th in the world for a professional championship held in Batonrouge, USA. He was a winner of the first professional arm wrestling championship televised in Australia and sponsored by Solo, and has since also won two national titles and two state titles in Australia.
These days, Ron still loves to arm wrestle and be involved in the arm wrestling circuit, occasionally as a commentator. His Son, Adam is also an avid arm wrestler and has in the last few years won several titles nationally.
